Planning and establishment of the municipal funeral parlors and zones; establishment, approval, oversight, management, rating reward, and guidance of private funeral homes; approval of establishment permit, operation license, management, rating, reward, and guidance of funeral and burial business, sanction and demolition of illegal expansion, addition, remodeling or operation funeral/burial facilities and handling illegal funeral/burial services and behaviors; oversight and rating of public and private funeral/burial facilities; provision of information for funeral/burial facilities; establishment (prescription) of funeral/burial autonomous regulations and oversight of the Mortuary Service Office.
