(二)Publicity and promotion of mortuary service reformation

  1. Promote new funerary approaches, such as simplistic , minimal, and green burials.

  2. Improve facilities such as funeral parlor and crematoriums, thereby elevating the effectiveness of mortuary services.vices, enhances legal measures against illegal service providers, and organize an evaluation and reward system for mortuary facilities and services.

(三)Renewal and improvement of old public cemeteries

  1. Gradually promote the relocation of public cemeteries; revitalize and reuse land previously used for public cemeteries.

  2. Counsel all districts to strengthen the management and environment cleanup of public cemeteries in all districts by adding green fences and beautifying venues, thereby subverting the image of cemeteries as NIMBY facilities.
