Please prepare the following documents for the proof of temple property:
- Four copies of temple registrations or legal entity registrations.
- Four copies of the identity documents of the present temple responsible person or the statutory representative of legal entity.
- Four copies of documents indicating the land is currently used by that temple or for religious purpose by that legal entity.
- Four copies of documents indicating the process and history of temple registration.
- Four copies of land registration lists.
- Four copies of land registration transcript and extracts of cadastral map within the past three months.
- Four copies of the documents indicating the deity worshipped in the temple is the originally worshipped deity since temple founding for temples registered in the name of deity.
