What are the regulations on applying for a change in draftee physical condition?

Should any concerns arise regarding the determined physical condition of a draftee after the conscription examination and prior to enlistment, or in cases where new diseases or injuries occur during this period, please submit a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution that confirms criteria have been met for applying for a change in physical condition. Please submit an application with the township (district) office of where the draftee is registered for re-examination via one of the following methods. The application will then be handed over to the municipality or county (city) government or review. Should the re-examination request be rejected, the draftee will be notified of the reasons for rejection:
(1) Public re-examination: Complete an application form. Applicants that are approved for re-examination must then receive the re-examination at a designated hospital. The Conscription Examination Association will determine physical condition based on the results of re-examination.
(2) Private re-examination: Complete an application form. Applicants that are approved for re-examination must then receive the re-examination at a hospital of their choice. Subsequently, the hospital submits the diagnosis certificate to the Conscription Examination Association, which determines physical condition based on the results of re-examination.
Excluding those with significant changes in the state of illness and the subsequent submission of a diagnosis certify from a medical institution suggesting a change of physical condition, draftees with review results that are consistent with the original physical condition may not apply for re-examination for the same reason.
