The adopter and the adoptee should apply for adoption to the court. After the court approves the adoption, either the adopter or the adoptee should apply for adoption registration to the household registration office within 30 days.
- Court judgment and final verdict on adoption.
- The household register and citizen identity card of both parties.
- The personal seal of applicant (can be replaced by signature).
