What do I do with a malfunctioning or damaged “Civil Card”?

First, please return the malfunctioning or damaged card to the household registration office/district office/school.
  1. Card inspection of case officers: Man-induced damage (determination is subject to iPass inspection results)à Asking cardholders to pay the production fee for a new card (check cardholder status, create files in the system, and collect re-issue charge)à Card production by the card manufacturer/iPass (card production, card code recording, quality inspection and packaging, and mailing to the district office)àCard collection by applicants (handover of the card and signing for receipt of the card by applicants).
