When taking public transportation (e.g. bus, TRA, and the metro) with the “Civil Card”, why does the card not respond?

(1)    When there is no balance in the card or the balance is negative, it cannot be used on public transport. Please top up the card and try again.
(2)    You did not swipe the card when you got off a bus in the last ride. Please go to the bus terminal to reactivate your card.
(3)    If there are other problems, please call iPass customer service hotline at 07-7912000.
