Parents must register the newborn’s birth or complete initial household registration at a household registration office in Tainan City.
- A parent of the newborn must have his/her household registration in Tainan City for over six months and the household registration must remain in this city at the time of bonus application. The length of household registration is calculated from the moving-in time of a parent until the date of birth of the newborn.
